Good for Web Pages, no PDF rendering...

It would correctly download web pages from the simple sites, and would work reasonably well with the larger web sites (dont expect perfection there - most web downloaders cant do perfect job even on the desktop).

However, if your site contains PDF documents, you wouldnt be able to view them. That is significant downside and is the problem developer should address.
